Transport
Learning Technologies 2009 does not provide any transfers from the airport to the Conference hotels or Conference venue. All delegates must make their own transport arrangements from the airport. When purchasing advance air fares you will need to keep in mind that the:
- Optional extra workshops start 1:00pm, Wednesday 18th November 2009.
- Welcome Reception starts 6.30pm, Wednesday 18th November 2009
- Conference program starts 9am, Thursday 19th November 2009
- Conference ends 4pm, Friday 20th November 2009
How to Get There
Interstate and Overseas Delegates
For delegates arriving at:
- Brisbane Airport, the most direct options for travelling to Mooloolaba are shuttle bus or rental car. The journey takes approximately 1 hour by car.
- The Maroochydore/ Sunshine Coast Airport the options for travelling to Mooloolaba are shuttle bus, rental car and taxi. The journey takes approximately 20 mins by car.
By Car
Free parking is available at the conference venue which is 1.5 kms south-west of the Mooloolaba Esplanade. See the map below.

Shuttle Bus
Learning Technologies 2009 has negotiated special rates with Airlink Transfers for those delegates who would like direct transfers from the airport to their accommodation in Mooloolaba.
Costs:
- Brisbane Airport - Mooloolaba: $50p/p
- Brisbane City - Mooloolaba: $70p/p
- Maroochydore Airport - Mooloolaba: $30p/p
Discounts are available for groups of 4 or more.
