Accommodation
Hotel rooms have been reserved at special accommodation rates with local hotel establishments. All hotel accommodation bookings must be accompanied by a deposit by Friday 25th September 2009 in order to secure a reservation.
- Delegates must settle the balance of their account with the hotel concerned upon check out.
- Room rates are subject to availability, so please make your reservations as early as possible.
- All costs are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
Landmark Resort
Our accommodation of choice is the Landmark Resort, which is a 5-minute drive from the conference venue. We will be providing shuttle buses at designated times of the day to take you between the Landmark Resort and the conference venue.
About the Landmark
Landmark Resort is a four and a half star fully self contained Apartment Resort. Landmark Resort offers a fantastic location directly opposite the beautiful Mooloolaba Beach. The Landmark now offers wireless internet throughout the entire resort, all apartments come fully air conditioned with most apartments offering spa baths.
The resort is approximately 20 metres from the Mooloolaba patrolled beach; all apartments have private balconies, many affording ocean views. Resort facilities include free use of the heated tropical pool, gym, sauna, rooftop spa and barbecue facilities and secured underground parking.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations outside of 14 days will incur a $50 cancellation and administration fee, and those cancelled within 14 days and up to 24 Hours prior to arrival $100.00 will be charged as a cancellation and administration fee. All bookings cancelled inside of 24 hours the full accommodation will be charged unless we can re-let the apartment for the total period of the original booking. If we are able to re-let the apartment, then one night's accommodation will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
Any changes inside of 7 Days to arrival will incur a $100 fee for cancelling the original booking.
